As a result, the Kiribati Government’s recurrent expenditure authorization for 1999 has increased from $AUS 63,613,348 (US$ 41,329,592) to $AUS 64,555,848 (US$ 41,941,934).

The Kiribati Parliament passed the Supplementary Appropriation Bill while in session last month.
