Congressman Robert A. Underwood has announced that Ms. Jessica Chan, a senior at Simon Sanchez High School, is the winner of this year's Congressional Art Contest.

Jessica's prize-winning work, an acrylic entitled "An Island Welcome," will take its place, representing Guam, alongside the artworks of other states and territories in the "An Artistic Discovery" display in the Capitol Building's corridor gallery in Washington, D.C.
