PORT MORESBY, Papua New Guinea (November 30, 2001 - Post-Courier/PINA Nius Online)---Parents and relatives of a University of Papua New Guinea student killed during the bloody anti-privatization unrest have given notice they are going to sue over his death.

They wrote to Prime Minister Sir Mekere Morauta informing him of their intention.

The late Steven Kil was one of the three students allegedly killed by police at the peak of the unrest, which crippled the city for almost two weeks earlier this year.

Relatives are also questioning why a report on the Commission of Inquiry led by Justice Robert Woods has yet to be made public.
