"An Enchanted Evening in Micronesia" will celebrate the island cultures of Micronesia on Friday, May 31 as part of the Honolulu City & Country’s Ethnic Heritage Series of Festivals. The colorful dances, music and singing of Micronesia will be presented by the Micronesia Friendship League at Honolulu Hale, 530 South King Street, Honolulu, Hawai‘i from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm in the first floor courtyard. The performance is free and open to the public.

Among the islands of Micronesia are Chuuk, Guam, Kosrae, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Pohnpei, and Yap.

The Micronesia Friendship League is restoring the tradition of uniting the islanders who live in Hawai‘i for fellowship, support and special projects, which was started 43 years ago by the Micronesia Club of Honolulu.
