FIJI ISSUES DENGUE WARNING

SUVA, Fiji (Radio Australia, Jan. 16) - Health authorities have issued a dengue fever warning for the Fiji capital of Suva, and the western part of the Pacific island nation.

The warning follows confirmation of 16 cases of dengue fever at the Colonial War Memorial Hospital and the Suva Private Hospital.

Blood samples have been sent to Australia for testing.
