PAPE‘ETE, Tahiti, (Tahipresse, Mar. 30) - Air Tahiti Nui has
announced plans to add a sixth weekly Papeete-Paris flight from June 30 to Aug.
27 to meet high season demands for more seats.

The new flight will leave Tahiti every Monday, arriving at Paris’
Charles de Gaulle airport at 9:05 am. The flight will leave Paris every
Wednesday at 11:30 am, arriving in Tahiti every Wednesday at 9:55 pm, Air Tahiti
Nui announced.

The airline will continue to operate eight weekly flights
between Tahiti and Los Angeles during the high season.

During the month before the start of the high season, Air Tahiti
Nui will offer four weekly Paris-Papeete flights and five instead of six weekly
Paris-Los Angeles flights. The one flight reduction is not a result of the war
in Iraq, the airline said, but an adjustment in the previously announced
schedule.

Starting April 1, Air Tahiti Nui and Air France will be the only
two carriers serving Tahiti from France with the scheduled end of Corsair’s
Paris-Papeete flights.
