MELBOURNE, Australia (Radio Australia, June 10) - The manager of
the Times of Tonga says the newspaper should be on the streets today.

The Tonga Supreme Court yesterday granted the banned newspaper
an injunction, ordering the government to withdraw any instructions preventing
the free movement of the paper into the country.

The New-Zealand published paper has been subject to a series of
government bans over the past three months.

Times of Tonga manager Filokalafi Akaola said if the injunction
is not observed, it will represent a direct clash between the executive and the
judiciary.
