MELBOURNE, Australia (Radio Australia, Feb. 26) - Nauru's parliament is scheduled to meet shortly amid another political crisis.

A Parliamentary vote of no confidence in the President, Rene Harris, has tied at 8 to 8.

But the 18th Member of Parliament, Remy Namaduk, was not present.

However, Namaduk is expected to be back in Nauru when Parliament resumes.

The latest crisis in Nauru was precipitated by the resignation of the Justice Minister, Godfrey Toma.

President Harris was returned to the Presidency just six months ago after removing Ludwig Scotty in a no confidence vote.
