HONIARA, Solomon Islands (SIBC, Oct. 11) – A revivalist evangelist from the United States, Larry Taylor, will be engaged in a one- week long teaching and open air crusades in the Solomon Islands.

Reverend Matthew Kouarosi of the Pacific-Asia Evangelistic Association Ministry says the crusades will be held in Honiara and Malaita.

[PIR editor’s note: Malaita Island is located to the northeast of Guadalcanal Island where the national capital of Honiara is situated.]

Taylor is arriving in Honiara today and departs Thursday next week.

He left the U.S.A. in July and has been holding crusades in Australia and parts of the Pacific.

His major area of teaching and preaching is on revivals—miracles, signs and wonders.

Taylor will be preaching at the Central Market on Friday and Sunday night during the Tabernacle Week celebration and the Solomon Islands College of Higher Education on Saturday.

On Monday he will go to Bina, West Kwaio and Auki on Malaita Island.

Yaylor's ministry has been organized through the Pacific-Asia Evangelistic Association in collaboration with other denominations.
