AM. SAMOA OFFICIAL’S SON CHARGED WITH DRUGS, GUNS Suspect is son of Manu‘a District Governor Misaalefua Hudson

WELLINGTON, New Zealand (RNZI, June 5, 2011) - The son of a prominent American Samoa traditional leader and businessman has been arrested and charged with drugs and weapons violations.

Sene Hudson and his wife Angelica were taken into custody after a police search found two guns and ammunition and marijuana in their vehicle.

Three plastic baggies containing crystal methamphetamine were also found.

Another man who was arrested with the couple has not yet been charged.

Sene Hudson is the son of Manu’a District Governor Misaalefua Hudson, who also owns a construction company.
