This year’s outstanding award is the success story of Carl's Jr. in American Samoa, where Barry Forsgren and his team are commended for their outstanding results in holding and maintaining the Carl's Jr. brand to the high standards.

Local Carl's Jr. President and CEO Barry Forsgren, and his parents Andy Forsgren, Board Chairman and Leone Forsgren, who is a board member acknowledged the award during a brief ceremony at the restaurant located in the family's Laufou Shopping Center.

According to Barry, this award is scored based on sales, sales growth, operational assessments, quality control assessments and food safety. Carl's Jr. American Samoa excelled in all categories and scored at the top with a Platinum Assessment, Forsgren told Samoa News.
